This Korean Barbeque sauce is All You Can Eat. We fermented our own kimchi base of Napa cabbage, gochugaru, pears and daikon to give it a nice balance of acid, sweet and a hint of smoke. Bring it with you to your next KBBQ outing and put it on all your meats and veggies.
