Co-packing
We are a fully licensed production facility for both fermentation and acidified foods. If you have a product that you need manufacturing, we can help you formulate, scale, package and test your sauces. What do I need to get started?
- Standardized recipe, with yield (pounds or grams only, no cups or teaspoons). Percentages help immensely
- General idea of bottle size and style of bottle
- Sample of sauce for testing purposes
- Label and artwork, if possible
- Signed NDA (will be sent to you upon inquiry)
- MOQ (minimum order quantity) will be discussed during the consultation
What makes us different? Many Co-packers do not have any formal Culinary training, and packing a sauce to them is just numbers on a sheet, they make what you give them. We have a combined 35+ years professional culinary experience and maintain the passion for food. Your sauce isn't being made by machines, or inexperienced workers. Your sauce is our sauce. We take pride in making sure your sauce leaves this kitchen at the highest standards. We can help guide you, and work with you to troubleshoot the scaling process, to make sure that the sauce you made in your kitchen that started your business, is replicated to its potential.
