This one is very near and dear to my heart. I lost my father unexpectedly recently and wanted to capture his spirit with this sauce,and share a slice of classic San Diego.

Picture yourself on a San Diego beach in the 70's: feeling hungry for some tacos. After having taken the family Gran Torino for a joyride and jumping off the Imperial Beach pier to cool off.
This classic taco sauce was created in loving memory of Charles Lee Minor, co-owner Ryan's Father, and was made to capture nostalgic feelings of San Diego summer, adventure, a hint of trouble, and of course a classic taco shop feel on demand.
Affectionately known as "Big Poppa", he was a strong, playful man with world famous hugs, and a spicy sense of humor
